This year promises to be a busy one. My practice is fully operational from this week and my hours remain the same: I am available Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings as well as Thursday afternoons. I see clients every second Saturday, these are very popular so please book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. I am one of the onsite dietitians at Investec and am available there on Tuesday mornings. Please contact me directly to make an appointment onsite, you cannot access this diary online. All other appointments can be made by clicking the “book and appointment” button at the top of my website.
I am starting cooking classes from February. I will host one class every two weeks, the topic of the class will be announced on social media but you are also welcome to contact myself or my receptionists to find out which topics are coming up. If you have a topic that is not covered, please let me know and I can create a class for you. Each class is very small (up to 4 people) to make sure that you get maximum attention and benefit. Cost of the classes depends on the topic of the class, there is a component of one-on-one attention that can be claimed from your medical aid, a food cost and if wanted, you can also order entry-level chef’s knives.
